RECYCLED CHICKEN AND RICE CROQUETTES

One of the favorite foods I prepare at home is roasted rice with chicken legs. And many times I have rice and chicken leftovers. I usually give the excess food to stray animals, but this time I recycled the food. If you have leftover rice and chicken from the previous day, I suggest you to make these delicious croquettes. Whether the chicken is from chicken legs or steak - it doesn't matter. I mostly used chicken steak here. The rice I used was baked.

Ingredients:

  • about 200 g of chicken
  • 7-8 tablespoons rice
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 pieces of melted cheese, zdenka (if available, if not, add more cheese)
  • 50 g yellow cheese
  • a little bacon

For dipping

  • 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon of flour
  • breadcrumbs and sesame seeds as needed

Preparation:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend the mixture.
  2. Form balls and roll them first in the egg beaten with the flour and then in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
  3. Fry at a moderate temperature on all sides.
  4. Combine with your favorite dip.

Cheers.
