If you love garlic, then, this is a recipe for you. This spread is delicious and goes excellent with any meal. You can spread it on a loaf of bread, you can serve it in small quantities with the main dish, it goes great with meat or fish - the choice is yours. Imagine a piece of warm steak and a full tablespoon of this spread on the top of your steak melting...yum yummy.
Ingredients:
- 150 g softened butter (1 and half sticks)
- 1 and a half head of peeled garlic
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- a little salt
- dried parsley if desired
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the ingredients are well combined. The spread is stored in a small jar in the refrigerator, although I don't believe it will last more than a day. It's that good.
