HEALTHY MINI OATMEAL/BANANA PANCAKES

After trying this recipe, classic pancakes are a past for me. This is a healthy variant, delicious, eat them without guilt. Combination with blueberries, blackberries, walnuts and date syrup. Does your mouth water? After I finish writing the recipe, I'll get up and make myself a portion. I gotta hurry. The required ingredients correspond to the quantity as in the photo.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (ripe would be better)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk

  • 3 tablespoons of blueberries and blackberries (frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

Preparation:

  1. All the batter ingredients are put in a blender. If the mixture is too thick, add milk or water. You need to obtain a batter with a normal density as for pancakes.
  2. Then bake pancakes normally. Pour from the mixture 4 times on a greased pan to bake 4 pancakes at the same time. On each tour, oil the pan.
  3. Arrange the pancakes on a larger plate and add the fruit on top, then pour the syrup and add the walnuts.
  4. Cheers.
