I prepared this tortilla for a vegetarian challenge. I usually put white dressing, egg, meat in tortillas and this one was quite a challenge since I needed to leave out all meat products. Anyways, I enjoyed my tortilla and tried something new and delicious. Check my next recipe for a breakfast tortilla with eggs.
Ingredients:
- 1 tortilla
- 1 full tbs ajvar (red peppers spread)
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1/4 sliced avocado
- 3-4 slices of tomato
- 3-4 slices of onion
- salt
- chopped olives
Preparation:
- Take one tortilla and coat it with ajvar.
- Arrange lettuce leaves in the middle and 1/4 sliced avocado.
- Add a few circles of tomato and onion, add a little salt and add chopped olives.
- Wrap the tortilla, first from the bottom, then from the side.
- Cut in half and eat it.
