RICH OMELETTE WRAP

 Lately, tortillas can often be found in my fridge. I even keep 1 packet in the freezer. I first started buying them when I was making gyros, but then I realized I could fill them with whatever I wanted. At the same time, wraps became very popular all round the world, so, many times I find ideas on the internet. This variant is wonderful, I made it for breakfast, for myself, and the possibilities in terms of filling are endless. You can add whatever you want to.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tortilla
  • 2 eggs omelette crepe
  • 5 thin slices of prosciutto
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 sliced avocado
  • 4 circles of tomato
  • 4 onion rings
  • salt, black pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. First, prepare the eggs as an omelette pancake the size of a tortilla. When your egg crepe is ready, place it on top of the tortilla.
  2. Then arrange the prosciutto on top, 2 lettuce leaves, then the chopped avocado and the tomato and onion circles.
  3. Roll the tortilla carefully and cut it in half and serve it on 2 lettuce leaves.
