1. Russian Salad light (Руска салата)

A staple on every celebration table, Russian salad is the ultimate way to repurpose boiled eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs

  • 2 carrots, 3 potatoes, 1 cup peas

  • 5 pickles

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt to taste

Preparation:
